Trans Canada Trail
Canada's national trail is the longest (2700 kms) recreational trail in the world.
B.C. greets the trail as it steps through Elk Pass, high up in the Rockies and escorts it down
to the Pacific Ocean and to Vancouver Island. In its northern half, B.C. ushers the
trail in from Alberta’s Clear Hills and shows it the
way to the Yukon. For more information contact the
Trans Canada Trail website.
